August 7, 2016 v0.9.5.103

  • Fixed submission failures caused by renaming of the benchmark on HWBOT.

May 16, 2016 v0.9.4.102

  • Added a menu to easily enable/disable the platform clock.

April 16, 2016 v0.9.3.98

Windows

New Features:

  • Minor UI changes to maximize the available UI real-estate.
  • The status text on the bottom right corner will now show the progress of the datafile submission.
  • Added hotkeys for refresh and screenshot.
  • Fixed some (potential) bugs.

April 15, 2016 v0.9.3.94

Windows

New Features:

  • Datafiles are now compressed. This will break compatibility with older versions of the submitter.
  • Added integrated support for screenshots.
  • Added the ability to select which binary to use.
  • Added the ability to enable/disable running y-cruncher as administrator. However this option is locked for y-cruncher v0.6.9 since admin is required anyway. The option will be enabled when used with y-cruncher v0.7.1.
  • Added a "Clock" column. This is unused for now. Come y-cruncher v0.7.1, it will state the reference clock that is used.
  • Submitting to HWBOT is now asynchronous. The app will no longer freeze which submitting to HWBOT.

Making the submission button asynchronous was unavoiable when screenshots were added. Screenshots make the datafiles extremely large. So sending it to HWBOT can take a long time. It's not acceptable from a UI perspective to allow the program to freeze to such a long time.

April 3, 2016 v0.9.2.67

Windows

Fixes:

  • Searching for validation files is now asynchronous. The program will no longer hang when searching a very large directory.
  • The program will no longer crash on an invalid validation file.

April 2, 2016 v0.9.2.64

Windows

New Features:

  • Datafile encryption is finally working, so that has been enabled. Note that older versions of the submitter will no longer be able to make submissions.

March 29, 2016 v0.9.1.62

Windows

Fixes:

  • Fixed a localization bug that was breaking the HWBOT submission for some people with non-English locales.

Java's "toString()" uses the local locale to convert numbers to strings. The result was the use of a comma instead of a decimal place for those in European locales. This was tripping up the HWBOT server which expects numbers to be in the US locale.

March 28, 2016 v0.9.1.61

Windows

Debug Logging:

  • When a submission fails, the program will log the error message sent by HWBOT as well as the datafile.

The purpose of this release is to collect the debug information that was necessary to figure out why submissions were failing for some users.

March 27, 2016 v0.9.1.60

Windows

Fixes:

  • Fixed a bug where benchmark integration breaks if the submitter app isn't running on the same drive as your boot drive.

March 24, 2016 v0.9.1.59

Windows

First Release:

  • Able to verify y-cruncher validation files and submit scores to HWBOT.

  • Able to run basic Pi benchmarks.
